​I am accepting referrals for general treatment and specialized services including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). I currently have two office locations, working part-time in the Columbus Circle area of Manhattan and part-time in Cresskill, NJ (Bergen County). In addition, if you live outside New York and New Jersey, telehealth may be an option to you.  

​Working with both adolescents and adults, I  integrate a variety of treatment philosophies to help people work toward creating a balanced, positive quality of life. My approach to therapy centers around helping people cultivate a deep sense of self-acceptance and worthiness while supporting the courage it takes to change negative beliefs, maladaptive behaviors, and emotion regulation challenges. I attempt to provide psycho-education and therapy in the context of a collaborative relationship that is based on mutual validation, warmth, and humor. I have had the privilege of training with the founders of ACT, DBT, and MBCT.
